It has been quite a year for all of us. We have been busy adapting to the changes and finding new outlets to get our presence and products out there. Instead of focusing mainly on the online market we switched gears and wanted to support our hometown of Dubuque, Iowa. Tucked away downtown in the Millwork District of Dubuque, Iowa, 7 Hills Brewing Co is a full craft beer brewery and restaurant. We have a 10,000 square feet open floor plan, that can handle any size party.

There is always a seat waiting for you. We welcome everyone from the novice to expert beer drinkers. We even offer wine and craft cocktails, so there is a little bit of everything for everyone.

Capri College in Dubuque, Iowa is located at 395 Main Street, centered in a richly historic downtown location, next to the Five Flags Civic Center. The campus is within walking distance of the beautiful new Iowa Welcome Center, Grand Harbor Convention Center and Waterpark, National Mississippi River Museum, Grand River Center, Dubuque Museum of Art, and the new picturesque Mississippi Riverwalk and Plaza.

Central Ave. Mercantile

We are a small local business in Dubuque, Iowa. Located at 1902 Central Avenue, we are a part of the Potential on Central mission to revitalize the Central Curve. Vickie and Alice Klinkhammer, are a mother/daughter team who have lived in Dubuque their entire lives. After revitalizing the store, Vickie and Alice opened their doors on June 3rd, 2020. The Central Avenue Mercantile is a store that sells hand-crafted, home-grown, and vintage goods.

Dubuque Winter Farmers Market

Every Saturday morning at the break of dawn, a dedicated band of volunteers meets at Kennedy Mall to set up tables and rearrange chairs for the Dubuque Winter Farmers Market. Vendors roll up and unload their wares. Since 2007, we’ve been providing this service, making Dubuque one of the first communities in the state with a year-round Farmers’ Market.
